This category is aimed at Bristol-based architects with projects in and/or outside the Bristol area. The judges are looking for a company whose design solution has transformed its surroundings, fit for purpose and for the future and a strong representative for Bristol’s creative sector.

Perhaps a public service building, social housing project or a property that’s doing good for the community of Bristol. Any company or organistaion involved in such projects can submit a nomination, be they the developer, contractor, client, architect or other supplier.

Although your servcie offering and client base may be broad, the judges will be looking for examples specifically relating to work within the local property sector.

In this competitive and busy sector, the Judges are looking for a sales agent with a proven track record and demonstrable success in the 12 months to March 2019. Agents with multiple offices in Bristol can choose to nominate themselves as either as a group or as individual offices. National companies should focus their nominations on their Bristol office(s).
This category is aimed at residential development projects in the Bristol area. The building must be in progress or completed in the last 12 months to be eligible for the 2019 Awards. Although the development must be local, companies entering do not need to be, so this category can be entered by the developer, architect or any other principal contractor whether they be based in Bristol, nationally or internationally.
This category is aimed at Bristol based interior designers though your work and experience can extend beyond just Bristol. The Judges are looking for a company which has delivered some impressive and fit-for-purpose interiors to residential clients in the past 12 months, achieving outstanding client feedback.
This category showcases suppliers to the industry. Whether you are involved in building supplies, bricks and mortar, electrical cable, kitchen units, flooring or textiles, these elements are key to any successful development or project. The Judges will be looking demonstrable measures of success in the 12 months to March 2019 including customer service, customer satisfaction and an efficient service to the property sector.
This category aims to showcase a renovation, restoration or transformation project in the Bristol area. To qualify, the project must be clearly well underway or fully completed in the 12 months to March 2019. The Judges will be looking for innovation, sustainability and demonstrable success in a project where old becomes new.
